Vintage happy banana anthropomorphic google eyes pin. The paint on this pin has a little raised area at the bottom which happened in the manufacturing process. These pins were always sloppily painted by the manufacturer. It measures 1 3/4" long. One eye is slightly flogged. No big deal. Sold as is.
