Marked 14K on the inside of the clasp. I am not sure what kind of stone this is. Can be jade? Carnelian? Some kind of jasper? It measures 30" long. It was strung on a dark wine colored string and it sticks out a bit between two beads. View second to last photo. You may want to restring. Sold as found.
