A dandy and unusual vintage anthropomorphic google eye seahorse pin. It measures approx. 1 1/2" x 1 1/2"long. It has some TINY typical paint wear on tip of nose and "foot". And some "glaze pops" in the paint which was done in the manufacturing process.
