Fabulous Seven Gods of Fortune carved bovine bone panel bracelet. To be technical, it is 6 Gods and one Goddess. Very delicate, lightweight and detailed piece. This is one of the nicest ones I have seen.
There are a few links between two panels that need to be replaced or reattached.
There are links there, but they looked twisted. View 4th photo. This repair should be done by a professional jeweler. Please view all photos.
The bracelet is in incredible shape otherwise.
It is marked SILVER on the underside of clasp. Embossed flower detail on the clasp.
It has a gold wash and all panels are pronged. It measures 7 1/2"long and 3/4" wide.
The Gods are as follows:
Hotei-the fat & happy God of abundance & good health
Jurojin- God of long life
Fukurokuju- God of happiness, wealth, and longevity
Bishamonten-God of warriors
Benzaiten- Goddess of knowledge, art & beauty, especially music
Daikokuten- God of wealth, commerce & trade
Ebisu- God of fishers or merchants
A wonderful and very collectible piece.
