Vintage brass holy water glass vile. There are a few chips around the top rim of the glass vile insert and some paint loss on the bottom of the brass holder and brass patina. Plastic cap. I did not try to clean this piece. The patina gives it charm. It measures 2 1/2" long. Nice old piece. Sold as is.
