Adorable translucent hula girl cupcake picks. One dozen. Never used. They measure 5" and 4" wide at the base. They are a translucent thin plastic. Taken out of the package only to photograph. I guess you can use these as cake toppers, but not sure how well they would stand up. And I would make a small knife slit in the cupcake top to receive the center portion of the pick easily.

Not a vintage item. But not a recent item either.
