Fossil Coral Pendant Marked 925 But May Be Plate

Genuine fossilized coral pendant. It Iis marked 925 on the back and polishes like sterling silver, but I believe it is plated. Beautiful large cutwork bail. It measures 2 1/4" long, including the bail. The color is sort of a beige, pink-ish, peach color.

Not a vintage piece, but gorgeous none the less.
