Vintage ART (Arthur Pepper) signed baroque enameled blue and green starfish clip on earrings. They measure 1" across. Clips are nice and tight. There is a small spot where the enamel is missing on the edge of one earrings and a little paint wear to the center of the starfish. But this is such an easy peasy touch up!
