1960's Floral Blouse Never Worn Ladies Vintage Clothing

Wonderful early '60's Dacron and cotton short sleeve blouse. Never worn and in mint shape.
This blouse has a faux pearl tac pin at the neck that holds the green and beige tie. The tac is removable so you can remove the tie before you launder.
The tag reads P J O which stood for "Petite Juniors Only " and "For The Gal 5' 1" and Under". Not sure what height has to do with it! LOL'
The tag also reads 65% Dacron Polyester and 35% Cotton".
This blouse buttons down the back. It has darts.
The tag reads size 9. But that is a vintage 9, so please pay attention to the measurements below. The other small tag is a union label of the Ladies Garment Union.
The measurements are as follows:
Chest 18" across measured flat from arm pit to armpit (bust size is a 36)
Length from top of shoulder is approx. 20"
Sleeves are 10" from the seam.
