Scarce Early 1900's National Cash Register Co. with "N" top charm collectible.

The reverse reads B.P.O.E. 38 Cervus Alces. It measures 1 1/4" across.

On the net I found the same piece but it was originally a stick pin. Which may be why the back of this "N" charm has what appears to be where it was once welded where the pin used to be attached? Still a great piece.
