Vintage Western Germany pink ruffled plastic pin. It measures 2 1/4" across and stands 3/4" off the back.

All the ruffly pink plastic loops are wired on. It is in fabulous shape with the except of the remnants of a price tag on the back and a couple of dark spots on the back. No big whoop! Who sees the back?
