Vintage mod 1960's and flapper style plastic tassel necklace. This can go for two different eras costume wise. It can be worn for a mod look or used for a 1920s style costume.
Very light weight. Old store stock and has never been worn. The necklace measures 26" down to the first black bead and than another 8 3/4" long to the bottom to the longest "dangle". the big white bead measures 1 1/8" wide.
