Gemstone pendant with multi colored faceted quartz? stones.

The oval stone is down and I am not sure what type of stone it is. It is marked 925 on the back, but I believe it is only silver PLATED.

It measures 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" (at the widest part) including the filigree bail.
