Amy Kahn Russell (AKR)multi strand twisted gemstone multi strand necklace. Sorry, I couldn't guess what the gemstones are on this necklace. Beautiful toggle clasp, like many of her pieces.

It measures 18 1/2" long from tip to tip and is in excellent shape. Not a very old piece, but not new either and I would imagine this design is retired.
