Very pretty pastel rhinestone starfish pin. It measures 2" across. It looks like it is signed on the back, but the maker is not legible at all.

There isn't anything legible in the cartouche. The rhinestones are VERY brilliant on this piece. No missing stones. Any marks you see on the back are just reflections.
