Baltic Honey Amber ? Pin Berries Leaves Vintage Jewelry

Very pretty perhaps baltic amber? berries on carved leaf pin. It measures 2" across. The carved backing appears to be tortoise? But I can not be sure. There is one small shallow nip on the back tip of one of the leaves. The berries haves some "speckling". No big deal.
