Vintage 1970's shimmery black and silver disco palazzo pants. We used to call these PALATZO pants with a "t".
Large bells and the waist's elastic is still ok.
There is a small hole about the size of a pencil eraser on the back of pone of the bells. Sold as is.
Great for that next '70's party without breaking the bank on a costume.
