Eagle Sword Pin Needs Pin Shaft Destash Military WWII Quartermaster ? US Military Memorabilia

Vintage LARGE and very detailed eagle on sword pin. A WWII Quartermaster pin perhaps? I could not determine what this pin stands for. There were close military photos on the net, but no exact matches. If you know, please let me know!

It is missing just the pin shaft on the back.

The sword measures 3" long. From the top of the eagles wing to the bottom dangle it is 3 1/4". There are two darker marks on the centers of each dangle. See last photo. Other than that is is in beautiful shape.
