Vintage Lucite Tassel Necklace Purple Blue Unsual Costume Jewelry

A really unusual vintage blue and purple necklace with a very long 7" plastic purple fringe. The necklace measures 20" long, not including the tassel.

The beads are mottled and variegated and are hues of blue and purple. The necklace also has two larger beads with oversized filigree bead caps. It is in excellent shape with the exception of a smaller space on the string. No big whoop!

My guess is on the maker would be Western Germany. But it is unmarked.
