Vintage Hillcradt Black Czech Glass Earrings Costume Jewelry 1950s Accessories

Vintage pair of Hillcraft black Czech glass "slide on" earrings embossed with gold tone flowers.. They measure 1" across. Wonderful shape.

Hillcraft Castlecraft jewelry hailed from Rockville, Indiana. They used Czech glass stones and also lucite. They did not sign their jewelry. They used specially designed gold filled wire. The earring backs slide on to the ear and are worn slightly at an angle.

Many people consider Hillcraft earrings to be more comfortable than the usual earring clip on earrings.
